Placing an Order
You may place an order on our website by using our secure on-line shopping basket by entering your credit card information.

Guarantee/Returns
As you will notice from our web site, we only carry top of the line name brand
GPS systems and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless,
rest assured that you can return any unopened package within 7 days of purchase for any reason minus a 10% restocking fee,
for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We will also replace any defective item within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, please refer to your manufactures instructions for return.

within 7 days of receiving your order for a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
on your return. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original unopened packaging. For defective exchanges, please email us within 30 days for your RMA.
Returns without a RMA will be refused.
There are no returns on software products. These will be replaced if damaged
in shipping.

Effective November 1 of every year,
our return policy will change. Due to the amount of items purchased as Christmas
gifts, any item purchased from November 1 through December 23, will have an
extension to return or exchange their item up to January 7. All items must
be in original unopened packaging. There are no returns on software products.
These will be replaced if damaged in shipping.

All orders by check or money order will be sent upon payment clearance, which is normally 10 business days.
Delivery Time and Shipping
We do everything we can to keep our site updated, however items may become backordered at any time. Should this happen you will offered a refund if you do not wish to wait the expected backorder time. Every order will usually being picked, packed and shipped by the next business day. We offer UPS ground and
DHL overnight delivery. Transit times will vary and depending on the shipping
address may take 7-14 business days. Should you require overnight shipping
please choose "overnight delivery" for an additional charge.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New Jersey (6%). This is due to the fact that our corporate office is located in the state of New Jersey. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
